Love Southern Charm Farmhouse? Our Affiliate Program gives you the opportunity to earn commission when you share SCF with your friends, family, followers, or community and they make a qualifying purchase through your unique affiliate link.
We’re looking for affiliates who genuinely enjoy Southern Charm Farmhouse and want to help others discover our hand-poured home fragrance products.
How It Works
Once your application is approved, you'll receive access to your Southern Charm Farmhouse affiliate account and a unique affiliate link.
Share your link when recommending Southern Charm Farmhouse. When someone follows your affiliate link and makes a qualifying purchase, the referral will be recorded in your affiliate account.
Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying product sales.
Commission & Referral Tracking
Your unique affiliate link has a 30-day referral tracking period.
Commission is calculated on qualifying product sales only. Shipping charges, taxes, shipping taxes, and tips are excluded from commission calculations.
All referrals are reviewed by Southern Charm Farmhouse before commission is approved.
Payments
Approved affiliate commissions are paid through PayPal once per month, on or around the 20th, for eligible approved commissions from the previous calendar month.
There is currently no minimum payout amount.
Affiliates are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate PayPal payment information in their affiliate account.
Returns, Cancellations & Invalid Referrals
Commission is not earned on canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders.
If commission has already been recorded for an order that later becomes ineligible, the referral may be denied or the commission adjusted accordingly.
Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to earn commission on their own purchases.
Southern Charm Farmhouse reserves the right to review referrals and deny commissions when an order does not meet program requirements.
Affiliate Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Southern Charm Farmhouse whenever promoting SCF using an affiliate link.
The disclosure should be easy to notice and understand and should appear with the recommendation or affiliate link—not hidden on a profile page, buried among hashtags, or placed where someone must search for it.
A simple disclosure may be:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
Affiliates are responsible for following applicable FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements and any disclosure requirements of the social media platform or website they use.
The FTC also advises that endorsements must reflect the affiliate's genuine experience and opinions, and endorsers shouldn't make claims about products that they haven't actually experienced or that the advertiser itself couldn't substantiate.
Program Rules
Southern Charm Farmhouse affiliates agree to represent our brand truthfully and respectfully.
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Southern Charm Farmhouse or our products.
Affiliate links may not be used for spam, misleading advertising, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or other deceptive promotional practices.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as Southern Charm Farmhouse, an employee of Southern Charm Farmhouse, or an official SCF account.
Affiliates may not purchase advertising using Southern Charm Farmhouse brand names or trademarks as paid-search keywords without prior written permission.
Southern Charm Farmhouse may deny referrals, suspend an affiliate account, or remove an affiliate from the program for misuse of the program or violation of these rules.
Joining the Program
Participation in the Southern Charm Farmhouse Affiliate Program is subject to approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Approved affiliates receive access to their affiliate account, unique tracking link, commission information, and available promotional resources.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with commissions earned through the Southern Charm Farmhouse Affiliate Program.
Southern Charm Farmhouse may request tax information or documentation when required for tax reporting purposes.
