The "Southern Charm" Shipping Update

Hand-Crafted with Care

Because we hand-pour our candles only when you order them, we allow a mandatory 3–5 day "curing" period. This ensures the fragrance and wax bond perfectly for the strongest scent possible. Please allow this time for us to craft and cure your items before they ship. For custom orders and apparel, please allow up to 4-5 business days for us to get them perfect for you.

Summer Shipping Care (Seasonal)

At Southern Charm Farmhouse, we take pride in every detail of your order.

During the summer months, we typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to help reduce the amount of time packages may spend in hot transit facilities over the weekend.

To help your fragrances arrive in the best possible condition, we use additional protective packaging, including cooling packs during warm-weather shipments when needed.

Our goal is for your order to arrive looking and smelling just as wonderful as the moment it left our Texas farmhouse.

Simple Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 on all standard orders.
Free Shipping: Spend $45 or more and your shipping is on us!

The Journey to Your Door

Tracking: You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number the second your label is printed.
Shipping Time: Once it leaves our farmhouse, expect your package to arrive within 3–5 business days (depending on the carrier you chose at checkout).
Weekend Orders: We spend our weekends with family! Any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will begin processing first thing Monday morning.
