Refund policy
We do not accept returns on candles, car freshies or room sprays except for products that arrive broken/damaged during transit. Please contact within 3 days of receiving of product.
If you are unhappy with your purchase , please contact us within 3 days of receipt of product so that we may resolve this issue. We want to work with our customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase.
Exchanges are available on T Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts and Sweatshirt. No refunds, all sales are final. Please contact us within 3 business days of your purchase to return and exchange your purchase. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Clothing must not have been worn. Only regular items may be exchanged, unfortunately sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. For returns/exchanges, please contact us immediately. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that your return has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Any cancellations, refused orders or returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% and freight charges.

By purchasing our products you are agreeing to not hold Southern Charm Farmhouse responsible for any problems that arise from improper storage or use of the product you purchased.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
