Custom Order & Design Timelines:

Custom Labels & Personalized Designs
Each custom label is thoughtfully created from scratch to match your scent, style, or event. Because of the design work involved, please allow 7–10 business days for us to create, refine, and approve your custom design before your order is poured and shipped.

We take extra care with every detail to ensure your label feels truly one-of-a-kind and aligned with your vision.

Please note: Custom labels are not available on 4 oz mini candles.

Large Event Orders (Weddings, Showers & Bulk Orders)
For larger events, we recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks in advance. This ensures we can secure your preferred vessels and fragrances and allows plenty of time to design and prepare your full order with care.
